The Laffly Series of vehicles were designed for the French Army and were the main vehicle of the French mechanised Dragoons. After the fall of France the Germans captured a great many of the Lafflys and even kept them in production to equip many of their own mechanised units. The Laffly saw extensive use in Russia, and the western front. Vichey French troops in North Affrica also used them.
