Perry Miniatures is a relatively new company run by well known 28mm sculptors Alan & Michael Perry. Former sculptors of Foundry the Perry brothers day job is with Games Workshop. Currently there are 12 ranges, Age of Wars - Samurai Armies, American War of Independence, Agincourt to Orleans, Border Reivers, English Civil War, Napoleonic Brunswick, Napoleonic Dutch/Belgians, Napoleonic Peninsular 40mm, Scots of Civil War, The Crusades, The Crusades - Muslim Armies and Limited Edition prints.

Pulp Figures: A fine line of 1930's personalities, soldier and sailor types in 28mm.   I have some of these in my collection and find them very useful in Gangster or Adventure type RPGs. 

Stan Johansen Miniatures - Produces several miniature ranges, including science fiction, historical, and fantasy pieces for wargaming in 1/300, 15mm, 20mm, and 25mm scales. Also offers a miniature painting service.

Stonehouse Miniatures: Resin and polyurethane foam products for wargaming (Victorian gunboat; fantasy, Egyptian and Central American buildings and scenics). (Also makes statuary, jewelry and candles.)

The London War Room - Manufacturer of historical miniature figures, buildings, terrain, naval guns, ships and boats. Also a distributor for many other model companies
