Assembly Instructions

1. General Instructions:  Before cutting out the parts lightly score all fold lines to facilitate bending. An arrow-x indicates a line which is to be a back fold and should be scored on the unprinted side of the sheet. This may be accomplished by pushing a pin through the end point of each line so marked and then using the pin hole as a reference point to score the card.

2. When cutting the parts out, use a sharp knife and a metal ruler. Write the identifying letters and numbers on the reverse of the parts for your reference during construction. When gluing make sure your corners are square before the glue sets. Adding cardboard reinforces to the inside of the walls will help keep your building straight and the corners square.  

3. Begin with part 1 the floor plan (page 3).  Glue this to light weight card and then cut out the floor plan.

4. Locate part 2 and 3.  Cut, score and fold both parts.   Fold light grey tabs on part 3 and glue them to the floor plan at the rear of the floor.   The back side of the sign on part 2 front is folded over and glued to the rear of the sign.    

5. Cut, score and fold part 4 into a triangular  shape.   This glues to the grey area on the top of the sign.  

6. Glue the front of the building to the sides and to the floor.  

7. Cut, score, and fold part 5, the bunker.   Cut the center line and Y's on either end and then bend the view slits in slightly.   Glue the sides of the bunker to the top.   Glue the bunker to the floor and to part 2 and 3.  Cut, score and fold part 6 the roof.   The light grey tab is folded down to glue to the  back of the front piece.   The darker grey tab folds 180 degrees and glues to the back side of the roof.    Glue this in place over part 3 and to the back of part 2.

8. Cut, score and fold part 7.  Glue this to the right side of the building as indicated on part 3.  

9. Cut, score and fold part 9 the front porch supports.  Glue this in place in front of the building.  

10. Cut, score and fold part 8, the front porch roof.  Hold it in place and then trim to fit before gluing in place.

11. Cut, score and fold part 10 Enviro Unit.  Glue this to the roof behind the sign.  

12. Cut, score and fold the Waste Containers and Crates.  These can be placed as desired.
