(AC-20) WWII 1941 Italian S.37 Autoprotetto Armored Car............ $10.00

The S.37 was designed as an APC and armored ambulance. It was open topped and had mountings for one 20mm Breda Cannon or an 8mm Breda 38 MG. Built in the summer of 1941 it was first tested in North Africa. Out of the two hundred built by 1942, forty-four were mostly used for escort duties in the Balkan occupied territories. This Armored Car was utilized by the Soviet Union as the BTR-40.
