Sales Tax
If you are a resident of Washington State, add 8.5% (.085) sales tax.
Foreign Orders
Please pay in U.S. funds by credit card, check drawn on a U.S. bank, or postal money
order. We ship airmail and charge you the actual cost. Estimated shipping is 45% of your
net order. Minimum shipping charges mean small orders are relatively expensive to ship. On
orders paid by check or money order, we will issue a credit for any excess shipping paid,
or bill in advance for shipping due. We recommend paying by credit card for convenience.
Customs Duties and Taxes
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import
duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional
charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over
these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from
country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Order Fulfillment
Orders are filled in the order in which they are received. Average turnaround time
(time between receipt and shipping date) is 3 - 5 business days. Be sure to add shipping
time to your estimate of when you will receive your order. For faster service, order by
phone or email, and/or pay by credit card or money order.
Painted Products
Due to demand, attention to detail and quality there may be a 4 to 6 week delivery
time. Products may also vary slightly in color and shading.
Rush Orders
We make every effort to ship rush orders in time for a birthday, convention, etc.
Please give us as much notice as possible. (Gift certificates are also available. Call or
email for more information.)
Shipping Method
Orders to addresses within the U.S. are shipped Priority Mail. Allow approximately 5
business days for your order to reach you after shipment. Orders to addresses outside the
U.S. are shipped via the U. S. Post Office.
Credit Memos
If your order is paid by money order or check, and we cannot fill part of it, we will
send you a credit memo. Credit memos may be applied on your next order, or returned for a
refund.
If you have a credit memo you would like to use, just mail it to us and let us know
what order you are applying it to.
Guarantee and Return Policy
Everything we sell is unconditionally guaranteed. Merchandise (other than books) may be
returned in original, undamaged condition within 30 days of our shipping date for
replacement, refund, or credit.
Books can be accepted for return ONLY if returned in new, "unread" condition.
Books must be returned within 14 days of our shipping date.
Shipping charges are not refundable.

Disclaimer
Please remember that our figures are hobby items and (although may be
referred to as toys) ARE NOT TOYS and as such they aren't suitable for children.
Our products are generally made from a white metal alloy which may or may not contain
lead. Therefore it is not advisable to chew/ swallow/ ingest our figures. Some of the
terrain pieces are made from resin, please don't eat this either.
Although we pride ourselves on the quality of our castings, as is the nature of the
hobby some may need a bit of assembling or trimming. If you cut yourself with a sharp
blade whilst undertaking any form of modification to our figures then it isn't our fault.
